As part of its commitment to producing independent and internationally credible analyses and assessments, most CIT products received internal and external peer review. In a few cases, due to time or other resource constraints, final reports that satisfactorily incorporated peer review suggestions and/or addressed CIT quality expectations were not produced. These papers were issued as CIT Working Papers. While CIT Working Papers contain useful information, readers should consider the analysis, results, and conclusions as provisional. EGSA
